Here is an excerpt from WesleyChapelForums.com from February, 2006:
"Wesley Chapel, Florida is quickly becoming one of the fastest growing communities in the state of Florida. The growth of our community businesses, stores, restaurants, hotels and shopping/entertainment centers is easliy seen.
For instance, "The Grove at Wesley Chapel" is scheduled for groundbreaking 2006. The Grove will house the first movie theatre in Wesley Chapel. An 18-screen theatre is slated to be built just west and north of I-75 @ S.R. 54. in the area north of the Outback Steakhouse and The Cracker Barrel.
Along with the movie theatre, current plans are to open a PetSmart, Best Buy, Ross and over 80 other small stores and businesses."
Well, we don't have a Ross (although we do have a TJ MAX) and we don't see 80 stores at the Grove, but all in all, things seem to have panned out pretty well...especially after the collapse of the economy!
