The Pasco County Library System and Career Central are teaming up to present We Know Where the Jobs Are, a series of workshops to help people identify employment opportunities.
Career Central will introduce a variety of services available to job seekers. A librarian will guide participants to employment Web sites and provide tips on using resume-writing tools.
After the workshop, the library will provide laptop computers to help with job searches, applying for jobs online and creating resumes. The workshops will be presented at libraries throughout Pasco County:
•2 p.m. Thursday, Centennial Park Library, 5740 Moog Road, Holiday
•1 p.m. Monday, Hugh Embry Library, 14215 Fourth St., Dade City
•6 p.m. March 23, Land O' Lakes Library, 2818 Collier Parkway, Land O' Lakes
•6 p.m. March 30, Hudson Library, 8012 Library Road, Hudson
•2 p.m. May 19, South Holiday Library, 4649 Mile Stretch Drive.
