The Grove at Wesley Chapel"The Grove at Wesley Chapel" Shopping Center

"The Grove," as Wesley Chapel residents refer to it, is one of the very first major shopping centers to be built in the Wesley Chapel area. Built on the west side of I-75 just north of S.R. 54, The Grove consists of three separate areas: The Orange Quarter, Coconut Court and Flamingo Square.

The Orange Quarter houses the large retail stores such as Best Buy, Bed Bath & Beyond and Toys R Us. These stores are all lined up in a 1/2 mile strip facing I-75 and the smaller Coconut Court. Here is a list of the stores currently residing in the Orange Quarter:

  • GNC Nutrition Center
  • Michaels
  • Best Buy
  • Toys R Us
  • Babies R Us
  • TJ Maxx (coming soon)
  • Ritz Camera
  • Bed, Bath & Beyond
  • Dick's Sporting Goods
  • PetSmart
  • Ross Dress for Less
  • ULTA
  • DollarTree Store

There are still several available retail spots, including special areas (closer to I-75) for restaurants as well as retail space in the main strip and adjacent to the Dollar Tree Store.

Coconut Court is the trendy and "eclectic" part of The Grove. Much smaller than the Orange Quarter, this area consists of four building surrounding an outdoor, shady park-like area.

Having just completed construction, Coconut Court only has a couple of stores already opened, but will soon be home to a brand new, top-quality Japanese Steakhouse and several boutiques and small stores. It also contains office space for lease which will be on the second story of two of the buildings.

Finally there's Flamingo Square, its centerpiece being the state-of-the-art Cobb Theater and Restaurant. Currently, the Cobb Theater is the only business in this area of The Grove, but the plans contain 11 free-standing buildings and there are already several deal pending for those spaces.

Come back soon as we will be adding to this web page as more businesses open up at The Grove!
